Hvar Artist Retreat 6-14 September, 2015
We're back for 2015! Join our small group of artists on Hvar for a relaxing and fun art retreat. Bring your paints and brushes, paper and canvases and enjoy the wonderful experience of painting in and around this beautiful part of the world. There's an inspiring choice of plein air locations - landscapes, seascapes and picturesque old towns. We'll each work on our preferred projects in our own way - sketches, watercolour, acrylics, collage or whatever works for you! Excursions to inspiring local places will be arranged, and we have space to paint - in my studio, the gallery or courtyard, or in a nearby garden. It’ll be shady and cool, with access to food, water and facilities. Towards the end of each afternoon, we’ll get together for a show and tell.
We're delighted to say we've had extremely positive feedback from everyone who participated in 2013, both artists and non-artists alike! Check out my Blog for a day-by-day description, and to read about the experiences of our artists on their blogs, too! Non-painting partners are very welcome, and will probably enjoy our outings to local places, (including wine tastings!) or may make their own arrangements for activities such as cycling, hiking, scuba diving, sailing or even take a flight in a seaplane!
